Tried this place for the first time and definitely impressed. Customer service was great, food fresh and authentic and very nice ambiance. As apps, ordered Chicken Satay and Chicken Bao. Chicken Satay, was on the dry side to me, but the sauces were great. The Bao Buns were soft and fluffy. Chicken seasoned well. Definitely would order the Chicken Bao again, so fresh and authentic. Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Honey Teriyaki Chicken, very flavorful with fresh ingredients. Nice size portions for the price. Our server Erica was very attentive and helpful. The first meal I ordered had a very strong soy sauce taste that I didnβt care for. She recommended something else and switched it out. Truly enjoyed Lulu Bang Bang from service, food and space. Would definitely recommend and come back.

First time visiting Lulu Bang Bang. Saw many videos and decided we needed to try it. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The food was OUT of this world. It so fresh, packed with flavors! Chef's kiss. Front of the house on the contrary appeared to be all over the place. 40% of our time was waiting to be attended. Individuals who arrived later than us got their order taken right away. Waiting for our check was also another round of waiting. I understand when an establishment is busy, wait times are longer however it felt like we were singled out. We won't let this experience keep us from coming back. Hopefully next time we won't wait long.

Went there with a group of 10. Service and hospitality wise they are very good. They seem to have a nice spread of food options. I being pure vegetarian could find decent options for appetisers (spring rolls and dumplings) and main course (Gandhi rice bowl). So, overall itβs not a place for vegetarians as much as for someone who loves to eat meat. My other friends and colleagues really liked their drinks and food. The dip they give with vegetarian spring rolls is too awesome so do try that.

The ambience at Lulu Bang Bang is beautifulβmodern, open, and invitingβand the staff are friendly, though service can be slow. The presentation of each dish is flawless, making it a great spot for photos, but unfortunately, the taste doesnβt live up to the appearance. Most dishes felt overdone with unnecessary twists that didnβt workβthe Kung Pao Chicken was unrecognizable, the crab raccoon filling had a strange texture, and the calamari was bland. The chicken satay was a little better, though very spicy for my taste, and portions are small for the price. The only real highlights were the kimbap, which was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the miso soup, which was decent. Overall, the restaurant seems more focused on appearance than flavor. If youβre going for a visually impressive experience, itβs fineβbut for actual food satisfaction, Iβd keep your expectations low.

Came in for lunch and ordered the devil noodles, small tuna rolls, and bao buns. My server Noah was extremely helpful in making a decision on what to order. The kimchi was excellent on the bao buns. My devil noodles came out piping hot and with just enough spice to get the heat, but still taste the food. I'll definitely be back
